90-DAY LIMITED WARRANTY

Augsburg Fortress warrants that upon delivery the electronic product
will substantially conform to the documentation for it, provided that
it is properly used on the computer hardware and with the operating
system(s) for which it was designed. Augsburg Fortress also warrants
that the electronic product wil be properly reproduced on discs and
that the discs on which the electronic product is recorded will be free
from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service
for ninety (90) days from the invoice or receipt date.


AUGSBURG FORTRESS DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND REGARDING
THE ELECTRONIC PRODUCT, DOCUMENTATION, AND DISCS, INCLUDING THE
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Neither Augsburg Fortress nor anyone involved in the creation,
production, or delivery of this electronic product or its contents
shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or
consequential damages, including but not limited to any loss of
anticipated revenue, profit, or benefits, resulting from the use of the
electronic product or its documentation or arising out of any breach of
warranty. Augsburg Fortress's cumulative liability to the licensee or
any other party for damages for any cause whatsoever will be limited to
the price paid for the Augsburg Fortress product that caused the
damage.


RETURN POLICY

Upgrades are not returnable. However, with proof of purchase, in-print
themed resources and kits in saleable condition may be returned for
credit. Please see your invoice for details or contact us at
800-328-4648. Send US order returns by a secure, prepaid, traceable
method to the

Augsburg Fortress Distribution Center, 4001 Gantz Road, Suite E, Grove
City, OH 43123-1891. Send Canadian order returns by a secure, prepaid
traceable method to the location from which the product was originally
shipped.
