You are using Windows 95 or Windows 98 and when you attempt to read the floppy disk you receive an error message like "This disk has not been formatted. Would you like to format the disk now?"

Originally this product was to include the text of the ELCA Model Constitution on two 3.5 inch floppy diskettes, one formatted for use on a computer with a Microsoft operating system and another formatted for use on a Macintosh computer. However, it seems that only one disk was included when the package was initially assembled and some customers have been receiving only one floppy disk which happens to be the wrong one for their system.

The disk you received is formatted for Macintosh. You may return the product for an exchange or a refund using the reverse side of your invoice. You may also download the text from the ELCA website.
